Welcome to the International Construction Arbitrators Association (ICAA). We bring together a trusted group of highly experienced arbitrators from across the globe, each with deep roots in the construction industry – whether as construction professionals, construction lawyers, or both. Our members are well-versed in FIDIC and other international contracts and have extensive experience in ICC and other arbitration forums. The list offers arbitrators able to work in a variety of languages. By maintaining a reliable, public list of these specialists, we aim to provide an accessible, valuable resource for parties, party-appointed arbitrators and institutions seeking the right arbitrators for international construction disputes.
