ICTA Pledge
The following members have pledged to support the engagement of International Construction Tribunal Assistants (ICTAs) by adopting the following commitment:
I will seek to engage an ICTA in my arbitrations wherever it is appropriate and practicable to do so.
ICAA wants tribunals on international construction disputes to be as efficient as possible. For some tribunals, that means having a tribunal assistant (otherwise known as a tribunal administrative secretary). ICAA considers that both the tribunal and the TA should be from construction.
We therefore provide a list of construction lawyers or other construction professionals with international construction arbitration experience who are willing and able to work with tribunals as TA. All will have attained accreditation as TAs. High standards of confidentiality and freedom from conflict are essential.
Tribunals interested in the services of an ICTA should make direct contact with those listed. Remuneration will be agreed directly.
