Saturnin is a French-qualified lawyer, based in Paris, with over 10 years of experience mainly in the areas of construction and infrastructure projects. He has solid experience in project risk analysis, particularly in relation to international projects.

He has also developed a particular expertise and interest for industrial projects, contracts and related issues.

He is involved in the pre-contractual phase (negotiation, drafting of contracts, analysis of tender documents), throughout the various phases of a project's life cycle, and in pre-litigation and litigation phases before dispute boards, arbitration tribunals, and courts. 

Saturnin works on projects in France and internationally. As counsel, he regularly represents parties to domestic and international arbitration proceedings, either ad hoc or institutitonal (notably ICC). He also sits as arbitrator.

Saturnin is familiar with the instruments of international business and trade. He is experienced with FIDIC-based contracts, and other commonly used forms of contracts for construction and industrial projects, both internationally (notably NEC) and in France (NF P 03-001, CCAG), as well as bespoke contracts. He works fluently in French and English.

Saturnin was recognised as a "Rising star" and "Leading associate" by Legal 500 for Construction in France since 2023.
