Arianna Perotti is an Italian lawyer (Avvocato) who practices in Milan, Italy at Dardani Studio Legale.

Arianna has over 15 years of both in-house and private practice experience in engineering and construction law, advising clients on both project development and dispute resolution. Arianna is regularly involved in complex domestic and international negotiations and her experience has covered difference sectors (power, renewables energies, energy storage, marine construction, oil and gas, industrial components, automation, astrophysical, automotive).

Arianna has a full-lifecycle project experience and assists clients: i) in the drafting and negotiation phase, with broad practical experience with many types of construction contracts, based on both bespoke and standard forms (such as FIDIC), construction securities, supply chain contracts; ii) during the project implementation up to completion, advising Clients with the contract management and contract claims; and iii) in the dispute resolution and litigations phase.
