Jasminka Čorda Truhar has been a partner in the Law Firm Hanžeković & Partners, Zagreb, Croatia, since 2003 and has more than 30 years of practice. 

Jasminka has experience in high value and complex construction projects and infrastructure concessions (motorways, airport, bridges, tunnels, wastewater treatment plants, waste treatment plants, LNG terminal, sewerage and wastewater treatment system). 

She serves as counsel in complex construction litigations and as counsel and arbitrator in construction arbitrations (ICC Rules, Rules of Permanent Arbitration Court of Croatian Chamber of Economy, UNCITRAL). She also serves as adjudicator and counsel in the Dispute Adjudication Boards proceedings under the FIDIC forms of contract. 

Jasminka provides legal services related to the public procurement law, participated in the drafting of Croatian Concession Act, Public Roads Act, Toll Collection Act, Public-Private Partnership Act, Airports Act and is legal editor of the licensed Croatian translation of the FIDIC 1999 forms of construction contracts, the Red Book, Yellow Book, and White Book. 

Jasminka has been a member of the Croatian Bar Association since 1994, she is a member of ICC International Court of Arbitration (mandate 2024-2027), member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, chair of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR of the ICC Croatia national committee.
