Nino Tsaturova is Head of Legal and Director at Intelligent Solution LLC in Tbilisi, Georgia, and Head of Caucasus and Central Asia at the International Construction Chambers in London, UK. She is a distinguished member of the FIDIC President's List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators, with over a decade of experience in construction law and dispute resolution. Nino regularly sits as a Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) member on major infrastructure projects across the region.

Her practice focuses on complex infrastructure, residential, and commercial developments, with particular expertise in FIDIC contracts, contract drafting, negotiation, and multi-tier dispute resolution mechanisms.

Nino is a Founding Member of the Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers and serves as the Country Representative for the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) in Georgia. As a FIDIC Certified Trainer and Head of Contract Principles at the FIDIC Academy, she plays a leading role in advancing professional education in the industry.
