Tamara Manasijevic is an attorney-at-law with the arbitration boutique ARP in Vienna. She acts as arbitrator and counsel in domestic and international commercial arbitration.
With over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, Tamara has participated in over 30 arbitral proceedings in various roles, including as counsel, arbitrator, and tribunal secretary, under rules such as the ICC, VIAC, UNCITRAL, and the Zagreb Rules, across nearly 20 jurisdictions. Her experience spans disputes arising from international construction and engineering projects (relating to the construction of roads, sewage and water supply systems, gas pipelines, and power transmission lines; particularly under the FIDIC forms of contract); energy disputes (oil, gas, electricity, renewables, and the liberalisation of the European energy market); sanctions-related matters, M&A and corporate disputes; joint ventures, and disputes arising from a range of commercial agreements.
Tamara is Croatian and holds a law degree from the University of Rijeka, as well as an LL.M. (with distinction) from the University of Vienna. She is admitted to the Bar in Croatia and Austria.
Tamara is a founding member and a current Board member of the Arbitration Association of Central and Eastern Europe (ArbCEE).
