Nomination of an Arbitrator

To request the nomination an arbitrator please complete the form below.

 

Alternatively, requests for the nomination of one or more arbitrators should be addressed to the President at info@intcaa.org.

 

The fee for a nomination is £250 per arbitrator. By making a request and paying the fee, the person(s) making the request accept and agree that the President and the ICAA will have no liability of any description for any actions or omissions in connection with the nomination of an arbitrator where such actions or omissions are performed in good faith as understood under the law of England & Wales.
