Roberto Hernández-Garcia is a seasoned international construction lawyer specializing exclusively in construction-related disputes. He does not accept cases outside this domain. 

He has been nominated and appointed as an arbitrator by leading arbitration institutions, including the ICC, ICDR/AAA, ICSID, LCIA, and various national arbitration centers across Latin America. Additionally,  Roberto brings extensive experience serving on Dispute Boards under both FIDIC Contract Rules and ICC Rules. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serves on the International Panel of the ICDR/AAA. Additionally, he is a member of the International Arbitration Commission of the ICC. 

He holds valid certifications as a FIDIC Trainer, Adjudicator, and Procurement Specialist, and is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers as well as the International Academy of Construction Lawyers. 

Roberto is also the author of four books on construction law and has worked across 12 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean in various professional capacities.
