First General Meeting

General Meeting – 11.00 GMT 10 November 2025

 

The Steering Group has announced that the first General Meeting of the Association will be virtual via Teams and will take place on Monday 10 November 2025 at 11.00.

 

The first agenda items will be the adoption of the Rules of the Association and the election of the six members of the Committee. There will be time for discussion about anything that any Member wishes to raise.

 

Nominations for Full Members to become Committee members should be received by the Steering Group 21 days in advance namely by 11.00 GMT on 20 October. Any Member wishing to add a matter to the agenda should send particulars to the Steering Group 28 clear days before the Meeting, namely by 12 October.

Resources for use in international construction arbitration will be posted here. In particular, members will develop a model template for Procedural Order 1.

 

Papers of interest to members will be welcomed and posted here.
