International Construction Tribunal Assistants (ICTAs) program launched

ICAA intends to list accredited Tribunal Assistants who have experience with construction and international arbitration.

Accreditation courses are also being planned.

The Committee considers that the proper use of TAs (otherwise known as Tribunal Administrative Secretaries) can contribute to efficient and effective arbitrations. ICAA members will be invited to contact ICTAs directly to engage their services.
